Use of this website
This website provides general information about our insurance agency services and lets you request a quote. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the site only for lawful purposes.
No offer of insurance; no guarantee
Submitting a quote request does not create an insurance policy, bind coverage, or constitute an offer or agreement to provide coverage. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of coverage, eligibility, availability, or price. Coverage is subject to carrier underwriting, applicable law, and the terms of any policy actually issued. Descriptions of coverage on this site are summaries only; the issued policy governs.
SMS Terms of Service
Program description
DVN Agency operates two separate text message programs, each requiring its own consent:
- Customer care and account notifications. If you consent, we send account and customer service text messages about your quote, your application status, document requests, and related service matters.
- Marketing and promotional messages. If you separately consent, we send marketing and promotional text messages about our products, services, and offers.
These consents are independent of one another. Agreeing to one does not enroll you in the other, and you may decline both.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. DVN Agency does not charge for the messages themselves; charges from your mobile carrier are your responsibility. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.
How to opt out
You may cancel at any time. Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message you receive from us. After you send one of these keywords we will send you a single confirmation message and then stop sending text messages to that number. To rejoin, sign up again as you did originally.

Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.
Consent is not a condition of purchase
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, of requesting a quote, or of obtaining any product or service from DVN Agency.
Supported carriers and eligibility
Our text message programs are available to subscribers on participating U.S. wireless carriers. You must be the account holder of, or authorized to use, the mobile number you provide, and you must be at least 18 years old.
Privacy
Mobile information and text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Intellectual property
The content, layout, and materials on this site are owned by DVN Agency LLC and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DVN Agency LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of this website. This website is provided on an “as is” basis.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
